What percentage minority do you have to be in order to self-identify as a minority on job applications, etc.?

You could Identify yourself however you want to ID yourself

At least 25% is a good ballpark.  Any less than that and you're stretching.

I am about ready to note that I am hispanic on my college aid and admission forms....

They get more aid and priority entrance.
