Question:

What percentage of 911 victims' loved ones believe the govt orchestrated the attack?

Couple of months ago I asked a question in which I emphasized that a lot of people who question 911 are loved ones of the victims, but one guy said:

"Not everyone who lost someone in 911 is saying these things. Just a select few who want to find a reason in all this."

How true is that? Comments?

  1. The percentage is much lower then the conspiracy theories would have you believe.

The fact is that you have to throw all common sense out the window before the conspiracy theories can make sense.

  2. Bill Doyle, Founder of the 'World Trade Center United Family Group' estimates that half of the 7,000 members (family members) in the group believe 9/11 was an inside job.

This was July, 2006.  This was a guess of his... from the members he had spoken with.  But quite compelling.  And there's probably more, since that was 2 years ago.

  3. Only the ones that need to attach even more significance to the deaths of their loved ones than a major terrorist attack.  More comforting to think that your own government killed someone you love to start an illegitimate war and now whats done is done than to accept the fact that another one of your loved ones could be taken away in the same fashion just as abruptly.

  4. very true and possible

  5. According the the world trade centre family group a lot of their members don't believe the Government story!

  6. Doesn't matter what they believe. It is an absolute fact that it was terrorists. Trust me they are real and they want us all dead. Or Muslim which would be worse than death. And most of them do know that it was terrorists.

  7. I've no idea - but I find UK press reports revealing that more New Yorkers than elsewhere in the USA believe the Bush administration was responsible.  (MSM sources).

  8. This is just a guess (so all of you can save your barrage of thumbs-downs) but I would put the number at less than 10%.

  9. Since we all know who really did it, who gives a care about anyone who has an insane theory.  Some are just wanting more attention.

  10. Like a lot that people say, it's what they want to believe.

I find it strange that this person says that  relatives believing it was an inside job do so to "find a reason in all this".

Surely the easier reason to believe, is that they were killed by outsiders, that makes more emotional sense.

That they believe it was an inside job is despite what they want to believe, their need is for the truth, not an empty comfort.

It would be difficult to guess a percentage, and I don't know  if one has been publicly guessed at.

I do know that anyone who cared about the truth of it would soon see the official story is nonsense, and an insult to us all-so what's new?

By the way, for the common sense merchants, who often cite it regarding 911, here is something that Einstein said:

"Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen"

Thanks for the link seredipity, Bill Doyle guesses 50% of family members think it was an inside job.

I think that number can only grow, it's more difficult to go from knowing, to ignorance, than the other way round.

  11. an exact percentage is difficult but i certainly don't believe it's a 'select few'.

the loved ones who, obviously more stirred & motivated by their grief, were the ones most in need of true answers to have some kind of 'closure' & acted more quickly than anyone else.

the most famous of these are the 'Jersey Girls' (who i suppose were implied in your "the guy said" comment), i believe they were the ones who started opening the eyes of other 9/11 victim's families......

"As part of the 9/11 Family Steering Committee they helped form, the Jersey Girls monitored and often criticized the 9/11 Commission after they lobbied successfully for its creation. The Jersey Girls pressured the U.S. government for months to have National Security Adviser Condoleezza Rice testify in front of the Commission; when the White House did not send her to hearings in March 2004, "they walked out in silent protest." The White House gave in and Rice testified, although she refused to testify under oath.

When it became clear that the Commission had omitted crucial information from its report, the widows called for a new independent panel. "I'm very disturbed, and I want to get some answers," said Breitweiser. "I want to know what the truth is." She called the 2004 findings "an utterly hollow report."

as soon as it became obvious that there was something wrong with the Official Report, more & more families have become suspicious.

Bush's knowledge prior to 9/11 has been questioned:

did you know that the Official Report ends in the admission that the ENTIRE report is a hypothesis?!! scroll down, right to the bottom.....

Bush's Official Report for the deaths of 3000 american people is based on a hypothesis!
