I agree that with a few, but disagree with most. I think that people are biased and like to point out the mis -fortunes of others to simply hide their own. Yes, one should want to excel and not continue to settle for less. But I don't think it's right for people that may have had less struggles in their lives to judge those who may have had more. There are a lot of sucessful African Americans out there, but this information isn't exploited, just the negative. I came from a single family home, with a mother who worked 120 hours a week. I've went to a top university and I'm successful, but I guess if everyone looked at me in the way some of you guys look at most blacks, then I would be labeled as a young mother of 3, on welfare, no job, no education, and so on. When they couldn't be farther from the truth! I think that some of you need to leave the judging to the MAN upstairs, and try to live your life righteously!

not as much assistance as illegal aliens get. the trough got smaller for americans of any color and opened up wide for illegals to gorge themselves at taxpayers expense.

One would think that Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton would be trying to educate certain groups of blacks about the drawbacks of unwed motherhood, not studying, not going to school, and reinforcing the fact that being they need to be responsible for their actions.  Sure beats blaming the white man, but I guess it is not as lucrative.

The first guy was almost right, but he forgot the decimal. 7.6% of African Americans receive welfare in the U.S. compared to 43% of hispanics and 5.2% of whites. 100% of Native Americans receive government assistance. Only 1.8% of asians receive welfare.

all of them , they have no leadership abilitys yet they lead , they hold resentments yet they can never be wrong or you end up in court , there most of the time not quilified yet they go to the front of the line. do you need more . just the facts no more just the fact.they get away with murder , when is it going to end . i would like to be equal yet my own people got me in the back of the line
