Well with the us military buying aircrafts (and who knows what else) from other countries, I bet not much....

I don't understand why we can supply ourself with what we need, if we can not  make  quality goods then by god we need to fix this.

well, it depends on exactly what you mean by "feeds back into the us economy".  Actually, the vast majority is wasted.  You could say that when the gov pays thousands of dollars for some building's toilet seat that it goes back into the economy, but its still a waste.
