  1. Maybe 10% to me. A person needs som e money to survive but material stuff is just not worth selling a person's soul to "have".

  2. 100% relief from worrying about jobs, food, taxes, and all those hassles.

But about 1% pure happiness of just having it. 99% of true happiness by being able to spend a lot of quality time with my family.

You could have all the money in the world but without love, you're nothing.

  3. Here's a realistic answer:  about 60%.

Many people get happiness from their jobs, spouse, family, friends, place they live, hobbies and many other things.  So money is very important, but those other factors definitely account for 40%.  Anyone who tells you that money accounts for most of their happiness hasn't thought enough about your question.

  4. 90%!! The reason is simple. Money itself cannot bring happiness. The happiness comes from the knowledge that one is free, meaning; you won't have to worry about not being able to make the mortgage payment and losing your house just because you purchased an article of clothing that you fell in love with. If you want to take a vacation in Hawaii tomorrow, you can. That is true happiness. The freedom that comes with having money.

  5. not more than 1%  believe me!

  6. 66.66%.

Without it, happiness is very difficult to be had.

With it, it's still a challenge.

With enough, you can stop thinking about it.

  7. 0%

A study gave a survey to measure happiness and it asked for the individual's income. What the study found was that responses of how happy the individuals were leveled off around $25,000/ year and millionaires were no more happy than those living in the lower middle class (the label of lower middle class is debatable, it was based upon government indices). So, money doesn't equal happiness, but rather not having money equals unhappiness.

  8. Hard to put it in a percentage, but probably about 25%. I like to have a good income for the security of not going without basics like a home, food, internet, satelitte and Tivo, and not worry about losing it. Also like to have enough to travel at least four weeks a year.

But all in all, about 25% of my happiness comes from having good work to do, using my talents to help make the world a better place, and 50% comes from being half of a very happily married couple. Marriage, family, and friendships are the main factors in my happiness. The nice home and stuff and work are all good too, but I have done without both of those and was still happy just having a great group of people in my life. Happier when I have a good job and a stable economic situation.

  9. For me, I would be 100% happier if I had more.

  10. for me - 99.9 percent of happiness would come from having money. so i wish i had plenty
