What percentage of people pass their permit test the first time?

I'm curious, because I'll be turning fifteen in 2 and a half weeks. I'll be taking my exam then. All of my friends who have taken it passed the first time, but I'm worried I'll fail. :(

i didnt. i think you get 2 or 3 shots anyway. dont worry what other people do or think .

100% of those who never read the manual and are not prepared, fail.

Well, that's not accurate, some luck out and pass anyway, so it's less than 100%, but it's a high number.

Oh, and they don't make you parallel park to get your learners permit, so ignore that advice.

it depends in your test or how many points you get in your permit test so you better ready with that,so you can pass.

I moved from one state to another and recently had to take the written test (mine was open book.. waste of time). If what I saw was any indication, I'd say about 30% of first timers were failing the test. But IMHO those that failed thought that getting their license was a right that they had and did not bother to study the book at all. Bottom line, if you study and know the book, you will pass the written test.

I took the driving test many moons ago. It was all cake for me except parellel parking. I knocked over the cone once. If I were you, I'd practice parrellel parking.
