? i dont know, i guess i think i have heard that it was 70-90%, or maybe less, but i know allot is water from what i have heard, but it doesnt seem like it, i mean, when ever i eat a potato, it seems always dry ish, like it doesnt seem like it, i mean, i get thirsty after eating potatoes. so i dont know.
