What percentage of the Boeing 767 is manufactured overseas?

The Boeing 767 aircraft is ASSEMBLED at their Everett, WA plant, however, many of the sub-sections and components are manufactured by foreign companies, including China, Japan, Italy, Britain, and France, among many others. Does anyone know the percentage of foreign manufacturing?

Over 20% is manufactured overseas. The wings are built in Japan and part of the fuselage across Europe.
