Wanting to make sure I'm getting the right percentage or at least near it in all areas.

What percentage of carbs and protein should I have in my daily diet?

  1. Don't forget healthy fat as fat is what mobilizes and burns your own bodyfat.

    If you are semi-active:

    50% carbs

    25% protein

    25% fat


  2. Kinda depends if you're trying to lose, gain, or maintain. But 50% carbs, 20% fat, and 30% protein (1 g per pound of bodyweight) is the norm.
