I am trying to figure how much of my g/f's pig, Andy would be salvageable as edible meat?

well they have 2 hams about 12 chops and 20 lbs bacon it depends  on how big a animal it is and don't forget the sausage about half the live weight is meat

depends on how big it is, and each of those are sepperated into different sections on the  pig
