What permits/licenses/etc are needed to host a writing contest (Ontario)?

The title says it all, really...

I'm thinking about holding a short story or poetry contest, but I have no idea what legal hoops I need to jump through. Ontario laws only, please.

I'd be happy with a link to the information if you don't know the answer off-hand.

As far as know, if you don't intend to profit off of the contest you canjust hold it.  Make up rules for the contest and post them along with the application procedure and you should be covered.
