What personal characteristics does the FAA looks for in a Air Traffic Controller trainee?

I am thinking about applying for ATC training position. The FAA website states that during the intrview theya re looking for "personel chracteristics" that would suit the position. What are they looking for in the interview.

Basically if you are able to handle alot of stressful situations with ease. You need tobe able to be focused for long periods of time, and you are to be prompt and on the ball.
