What personally helps you from getting motion sickness on a plane? ?

What have people tried that works? I really would like to find something that is non-drowsy because it's no fun getting off the plane and feeling like going to bed right when you've reached your destination.

  1. I chew gum....a lot of gum.

    listen to music

    watch the tv

    and NEVER think about it, because it'll make feel more sick

  2. chewing gum and motion sickness pills. you just chew the chalky pills. and then when youre done, start chewing gum the whole time. it really helps. and another thing, if you get heart burn from gum, then just suck on candy!  

  3. as weird as this sounds all i have to do is chew the green extra gum...the mint calms my stomach down..another thing try listening to music to keep your focused on the song and not what the plane is doing.

  5. On my Cathay Flight, I got my partner sick by waving my hands around during turbulance, and after he ate that airline food, he burped and felt better somehow. LOL
