The normal range of Potassium in the body is a very small window and supplementing to much can cause an imbalance. Also, too much Potassium can react in a negative way with prescription drugs and other medications. Trying to find out what is safe to combine etc...

  1. Since nobody has answered yet, I'll toss in my 2 cents.

Your best (and safest) bet would be to ask a pharmacist if there are any interactions listed between the drugs you're taking and Potassium. Doctors and pharmacists both have access to a database of drug and supplement interactions and they can tell you quickly if you can safely take them together or not... anyone here will just have a best guess from searching on the internet (which isn't always accurate, as we all know) ;-) Good luck!
