What phone company offers a home phone plan that does not require an internet connection?

just moved into an apartment in orlando florida, and i dont need an internet connection, just want a standard phone line. but it seems like every phone company is requiring i have a broadband internet connection. anyone know of a company with a plan that does not require internet

I am from Orlando as well, and we used to have AT&T for our home phone before switching to Bright House.  They did not require an internet connection (anthough I believe they are bundling services like almost everyone else, so if you got one with them, you'd save money).  I believe Bell South is still in business, so you could check them out, too.
