What phone is this and where can i buy it online for cheap useing paypal?

i ran across a phone online and it looked very nice and i really want one for school but i dont know anything about it or if it takes cingular sim cards but it do look like a unlocked nokia n95 but i think it might be a clone or something so please help and if you have any details on it you think i should know please tell me
