What phone numbers are they?

There are these phone numbers that when you call them give you a recording, either funny or scary. They don't track you or anything but you just listen to something that has been recording like a conversation. For example. 1-216-333-1810

That's one from NIN and something about the government but it's fake. Not all the recordings are fake though. Where can I find them?
