  1. Virgin Media are pretty good. They provide the line and anything else that goes with it. They are pretty good too as far how much they charge and also Customer Service wise. With Sky, their line rental is still with bt, as is tiscalli from what I remember.

  2. Hiya,

I used to have a phone like with NTL (now Virgin Media) and they now rent lines from BT and you pay direct to them and they pass it on to BT.

Like the other answer alot of companies generally do this, I suggest try something like money supermarket to find the best deals for you and call up and ask(sales lines are usually freephone to encourage you to call).

    Hope this helps :)

  3. The service provider I use offers line rental and various calling packages, they are an excellent company and their customer services dept is brilliant - you can actually speak to someone who speaks English.

Their charges are less than BT and it is possible to save between 5% and 40% depending on your calling circle.

Shortly they will be offering a mobile service and by the end of the year, they will have their own European Voip network operating.

If you would like to know more and find out how to apply for the service then get back to me by email.

  4. sky u can pay line rental to them but they just pass it on to bt, talk talk if u ask for trouble (if urfone line goes down with them its normally bt who have to fix it and they wont fix as fast unless ur their customer)
