What photo editting software do most people on deviantart use?

i want a really good easy to use photo editting software but not sure. i want one that will be able to something like on this photo i found on deviantart

Use Adobe Indesign , Corel or Photoshop. I use InDesign as this is the standard in Magazine editing because ti prepresses very well. Corel is very easy to use while Photoshop is a little less user-friendly.

Your choice.

It depends, if your familiar with it, or willing to take the time to learn how to use it, use photoshop. But if you want something a little more user friendly, go with corel.

And as for editing pictures like that, you'll need to get yourself familiar with gradient filters and saturation and contrast ;)

You can get learn to do an effect like that with just about any photo editing software. If you don't have the money for Photoshop, you can use the Gimp, or Picnik which are free to download or use online.
