I like the 5th-7th picks. Your never waiting long for your next pick

I would think somewhere in the middle, so that you never have to wait a long time between picks, and you don't have a huge drop off in talent between two picks.

I think 4 is a pretty good spot. Cant really say one is the best because each spot has somthing unique to it. I think 10 and 11 in 12 team leagues are the worst spots.

Diametrically opposed to what someone else said, I like picking last, having consecutive picks. It allows you to better assess what you need based on what's already been taken and you have a clearer idea of what the other owners need in the following rounds. If you know your league members, this is a plus as trades will be easier to make.

To me, the worst places to pick are 1, 2 or 3, especially in 12 team formats. No question in my mind that 12-13 is a better option than 1-24, 2-23 or 3-22.
