What pictures better for a nice frame?

its me and my boyfriend we've been dating for 2 and a half years and he asked me to put a new picture of us in his frame in his room for him cause the other ones 2 years old haha he has lots of other ones on the bulliten board but he picked two pictures that he likes the same and are really nice ones to put in a frame then told me to pick but i cant decide help me?!

I like the first photo for a frame. The second photo has terrible lighting and this huge spot right in between the two of you. =)
