tounge hurts the worst. navel barley hurt at all. i didn't even cry. and lip i have no experience with but i can't imagine its not painful

Navel hurt the most while healing.

Depends on your pain threshold and I have my tongue and lip done, and out of those two I have to say, my lip hurt more than my tongue, but don't let that put you off!

Tongue, I would imagine hurts most. Lip doesn't hurt that bad at all (just trying to get through the last layer of skin sucks), navel doesn't hurt much at all.

I've never had my lip pierced, but I've got my tongue and navel done.  Neither really hurt me.  The tongue was more sore than my bellybutton afterward, but the soreness only last 2 days.  The bellybutton was more tender than sore, but that lasted for a couple weeks.

You just have to expect pain and soreness.  It's more irritating than anything else.  It's not unbearable.

I would say tongue out of those three. The thought of it getting infected in your mouth just grosses me out.
