What piercings should i get ?

okay, i'm absoulutely obsessssed with piercings. and i don't know which ones to get or if they'll look all right on me ? i have my nose, belly button, cartilage, and one hole in my ears. i wanna get my hips, anti eyebrow, tounge, monroe, industrial, and i don't know what its called, but i have one hole in my ear and i want to put a stud right over it. so if you have any of these let me know if they hurt and stuff !

i am not the biggest advocate of piercings and i am quite conservative in that department seeing as i only have my ears stretched and my septum done. however, my hubbs is pierced allover so we will answer this with our conjoined expertise lol.

my advice would be to not get them all in one shot, because if you change your mind latter - well sh*t, you are already full of holes. (save the monroe for last - don't ruin your pretty face!!!) lol

anyway, of the ones you named the tongue and the industrial would prob. be the most painful and the tongue the most annoying. all cartilage piercings hurt more and have more of a chance of getting infected than the soft flesh piercings. keep that in mind for the industrial.

the tongue will be annoying because not only does it hurt, it bleeds like a b*tch. the hubby has 2 venoms in his tongue and says he bled like crazy (also, he did both at the same time which probably didn't help).

of the others, keep in mind that the hips, like many surface piercings have a good chance of being rejected - hubs had 2 surface ones on his torso - but all they do is leave a cute scar, so i say "why not?"

i like anti eyebrow - so i say it would look cute.

i'm not a fan of tongue piercings - so i say no for that.

i have only see one girl in my life who looked hot with a monroe, and i think it might be too much "metal" together with the nose and the anti eyebrow - so i say skip that one

not a fan of industrials (they infect and they stink) - so i say skip it

and the hips - go for it

the lover (who pierced his own nipples with a horse needle - the humanity!!! and is obviously crazy) says

do everything except the monroe

reason : he dislikes monroes and thinks you look fine without

we both think your face is pretty and girly so don't ruin it with too much metal (think of the children! think of the kittens! :P)

Im not quite sure why people are so against monroe piercings... I think theyre cute as and i would get one if i was allowed :( plus i think i would defs suit you!

I would go for the monroe and anti eyebrow as i think 3 nicely spaced on the face looks cute

Haha. So yea. Im kinda obsessed with piercings atm too... I have my 1st holes stretched to 8mm, my 2nd holes pierced, an industrial, a normal upper left cartilage piercing, my nose pierced, my lower back pierced and my clavical (just under the collar bone) pierced :)

Ok. the industrial hurt quite a bit but it wasnt unbearable... like it hurt for the first few minutes then it was fine :) but they are a ***** to keep your hair out of and it really sucked for the first few weeks until i got used to it... now i love it though :)

The only other piercing i can kinda help you with is the hip coz its another surface piercing like my back and clavical. I think these  kinda piercings you expect to hurt heaps but they really dont... You just feel the needle go in and out and its fine :) and they look seriously sweet after! except they grow out which kinda sucks...

i think you should just go for it and get whatever you want pierced :) Im not sure how old you are but if you are allowed to get things pierced, do it (i wish i was but im only 15... havent told mum bout the surface piercings yet and she hate every other one so your lucky if your allowed!). you can always take them out anyway if you dont like them...

I wouldnt get the tongue though because i know people that have it and they just said it caused way too many complicaations and it just wasnt worth it in the end....

I have no idea what the last piercing you trued to describe is btw...

If I were you, I wouldn't get a monroe. I've never really seen one look good on a girl, and you have a pretty face. With your nose pierced also I think it would be a bit too much. That aside, I think you could look really cute with an anti eyebrow. But it is a surface piercing, and will likely reject eventually, leaving you with some scarring on your face. I'm sure its nothing some Mederma couldn't take care of, though.

Also, I like industrials. It will take a while to heal though. Cartilage piercings can take up to a year fully to heal. But I'm sure you know this, since you already have one. And you know about how much it will hurt. It will be annoying to sleep on, etc.

Tongue piercings are fine, if you want it badly enough then go for it. I can't imagine that it wouldn't hurt to get.

Lastly, I wouldn't get your hips pierced. I already said the whole thing with surface piercings rejecting, but with clothing rubbing up against this one and a lot more chances for irritating it than an anti-eyebrow, I feel like there's a good chance that this one won't end well.

So, that said - anti eyebrow, tongue, industrial, and the last one you described (I can't really picture it, but it sounds cool) are all good calls. Best of luck!
