What pill for clear skin?

I am on Dianette at the moment because my skin got bad when i was using Microgynon30.

The only thing is that Dianette is a very strong pill and i have been advised by my doctor not to use it long term as it can damage my liver. What similar pills are there to Dianette? I dont want my spots to come back.

(Ps. I have also been on Cilest...didn't work for me)

Pill as in birth control pill? Ortho Tri-Cyclen is the only birth control pill that's been clinically proven to clear skin and prevent acne.
