I recently moved to a place where the mosquitos are all over the place and I don't like using repellents that you have to put on your skin. I was taking Vitamin B1, but someone said that it doesn't work...... HELP!

  1. B complex vitamins and garlic supplements. Works for me. I live in the boonies in alaska, too. The bloodsuckers are EVERYWHERE!

  2. Take vitamin B complex. Suppose to work.

  3. Brewers yeast

start with 1000 Mg's twice day

you can go up to 1500 mg three times day

this will change the way you smell (humans can not tell)

they may still fly around you but they will not bite

you also want to watch what products you are using

    shampoo and creams

    deodorants

all attract bugs almost anything scented

you can make your own products

it is not hard and they do not have to smell bad

if you make your own body wash and shampoo

this will also help to keep away bugs.

pets can also take the brewers yeast

our 10 lb dog took 500 mg once daily

it will keep all kinds of bugs away. even flees.

if you would like some recipes for the body washes and shampoo's feel free to email me.

I find that it works for me I live in an area where bugs out number people 50 million to one

  5. They detect CO2 so try not to get heated etc..B and yeast may help some people
