  1. Take the pills that your doctor prescribes.  Adderall, Ritalin, and Dexedrine are commonly prescribed.

  2. There are many types of medication out there.  First, you need to be diagnosed with ADHD.  Depending on the TYPE of ADHD you have, it will depend on the type of medication you are prescribed. There are two stimulant classes and one non-stimulant.

Secondly, it is important that you also work on behavior modification as well - medication does not solve this disorder alone.

    Good luck!

  3. the red ones with the yellow stripes..

  4. rydalin

  5. lots of cardio!! Excercise and you won't need meds.

  6. adderall or ryadlin

  7. Hello,

Here is a list of meds for adhd for adolescents and adults....it also tells you a little bit about them so you can choose which one is best for you. It is very important for you to research this on your own so you don't get prescribed something that might not be strong enough depending on the seriousness of your ADHD.... Good Luck, and I hope I could help!

  8. Adderal is good, but it gives you the jitters.

    Maybe try Ridlan or something.
