What places can I build my website for free to sell my art with out having to pay any money?

I have a website with freewebs.com but they are a rip off on their fees and charges.

Bravenet offers free sites, not sure that they offer E-Commerce sites. Etsy offers sites for people who make things by hand (art would be included).

I dunno about etsy but almost all free sites rarely pop up on the first page of any searches done for tags linked to your site. People are more apt to purchase online from someone who has a paid site...looks more professional. Keep looking, you can find paid sites that are reasonable.
