What places company etc. throws away the most food (waste it), to the dumps?

It is important i am talking about companys that might be throughing away a bunch of fod that is not bad but can consider scrap. or any places like buffets restaurants and if you put down your source thank you.

Problem is that well many places might throw away "good food" they usually have to do it to follow health laws and prevent lawsuits. Resturnats hate throwing away food...cause its a waste of money. But it has to be done, unfortunately.
