Avoid the survey thing or any other online 'employment.' You just  don't need an online job. Many are scams that will request your Social Security number(which you should never give to anyone. Others will charge you to 'work' for them. Also avoid that. It is much better to look for opportunities to babysit, mow lawns, or clean rooms for people you or your parents know personally or the friends of people that they know.
