about shopping depends on the quality of the shopping you're looking for. via torino till piazza xxiv maggio offers generally shops for young people but not only; corso buenos aires and corso vercelli are good for shopping too; the central area offer lot of different shops up to via montenapoleone and nearby streets that got high quality and international products.

Milano does not have much to offer to the tourist when compared to other Italian cities except shopping really.

If you are an avid shopper, there are a few streets where you cannot miss, even for window shopping. These are; Via Monte Napoleone, Via Della Spiga, and Via Sant' Andrea. Visit these few streets and can also navigate through other connecting ones.

If you want to do the sight seeing thing then make sure you visit the following; Il Duomo di Milano, Castello Sforzesco, Galleria Vittorio Emanuelle II, Orto Botanico, and of course the planetario.

If you do have the time and $$$, try going to the theater.La Scala is great.

Either way, you will have fun as the night life is also quite vibrant and fun.

What about :the Dome-is gorgeous-and the Plaza in front of it also, the covered gallery Umberto, the Palace Sforzesco, the Scala Opera, the church Santa Maria delle Grazie (here you can see "The holly dinner" by Leonardo Da Vinci ) and so on and so on.Enjoy your trip !

There is nothing interesting in Milan. Go somewhere else and don't loose you time there.
