  1. The planet Venus rotates clockwise whereas all the other planets rotate anti-clockwise.

    To be more technically correct, Uranus is generally said to be rotating clockwise as well. The most likely cause might be due to collisions with massive planetoids early on in the evolution of the solar system.

    But Uranus is also tilted, so it can be said to be rotating either clockwise or anti-clockwise, depending on whether one thinks it is inclined 82.23° in one direction, or 97.77° in the opposite direction!

    Both planets also have the largest inclinations of axis. Venus has 177.3° degrees and Uranus has 97.77° degrees. In contrast, the Earth has 23.439281° degrees which is also a likely result of a collision (the one that that resulted in the Moon).
