What plans should india observe to win more gold medals in olympics???

what is the differences betn preparation by usa,china and that of india for the olympics.

how can india improve??

Yes India has ability to win gold.But our Corporate world dont sponser our players.They want to earn money from Cricket.

Also Indian Goverment dont give facilities to players who want to go olympics.

Improve our basic system & provide facilities at home.

-stop drugging their athletes

-sort out their politics. Its a country filled with corruption so until this corruption disappears then India will start reaping more success.

-they have to realize that cricket isnt the biggest sport in the world. Their hockey team have suffered because of this.

They obviously have the money to build facilities but just dont have the expertise to nuture  thier athletes.

The commonwealth games in 2010 would be a time to start building towards london 2012.

If India really wants to improve In Olympics,then there are few steps that could help them:

Identify the sports where Indians can win medals.

Give proper infrastructure to these sportspersons.

Apart from these,i also suggest a few:-

In Beijing Olympics,India has now known which sports can win them medals.Allocate large amount of funds for Shooting,wrestling and boxing.These 3 sports can win us medals like China did with Diving and Gymnastics.Indian archers and badminton players showed talent and they could improve if they get proper coaches.We could check India is preparing by seeing their performance in Commonwealth and Asian Games.These 5 sports can give us medals.
