yep, it is vallisneria. but beware, sagittaria also look the same as vallisneria. And there are quite some varieties of vallisneria found in the business. Check it out carefully.

Its probably java grass,  micro sword,  actually these arent very tall but hey,               If you want a ground cover  I can give you a secret hint go outside in the lawn and scrape/dig moss and put it in the tank it will grow like grass and give you tank a cool look  I have it in all 3 of my tanks
