You can see some species of bamboo growing--it can grow at rates of 10 feet per day.  But a venus flytrap can move fast enough to catch a fly.  That would be pretty fast!

I don't understand what you mean by "physically moves"? Do you mean the plant actually ups and walks off? Or do you infer to growth? Growth-wise there are few plants species that can beat common grass, like the Kikuyu of Africa, which can grow under ideal circumstances more than 20cm (about 8 inches) in a day (growth is normally slower at night when the temperatures are cooler). Some Amazonian jungle vines are also purported to grow up to 12 inches in a day (probably due to high moisture content, warm temps and good food via lots of compost on the forest floor).

On the off chance that you are looking for a plant that, once planted will take over an area as quickly as possible, height as well as area, you would have to consider just your average everyday bamboo. Of the 700 or so species, there are only a couple that will do well were I am, in the US northeast but boy do they do well. They are usually planted in steel or concrete containers to keep them from going wild and spreading. They form a dense impenetrable forest rapidly if left on their own. You were warned, if they escape all is lost, they will eventually take over the world.
