To be more specific, which vegetable plants can I take cuttings from? I have a tomato plant and a pepper plant, if I take cuttings from them now and start growing them will they be ready for next year? Or is it too early to do that?

Also, my friend has a blueberry bush and I want to take some cuttings from that. How do I do it? And will it root alright? And again with the blueberry cuttings can I start growing them straight away for next year?

  1. FIRST YOU NEED SOME ROOT TONE POWDER YOU CAN GET IT AT WALMART CUT  A BRANCH FROM THE PEPPER PLANT AND TOMATOE PLANT / CUT ON AN ANGLE DIP CUT END IN ROOT TONE THEN PUT IT INTO SOIL IN A POT AS FAR AS A BLUEBERRY YOU CAN TRY DO THE SAME AS THE PEPPER AND TOMATOE BUT WITH BLUEBERRY  PUT BRANCH IN A SMALL BUCKET OF WATER UNTIL YOUR READY TO PLANT IT IN SOIL  ATER THE ROOT TONE DONT FORGET TO WATER PLANTS WHEN YOU  PLANT THEM .

  2. What's the weather like in the UK? I also have taken cuttings from my blue berries recently in attempt to root them in a mix of moisture control potting soil mixed with black soil I purchased by the truck load and have mixed in some Canadian peat.  It is to soon to tell what will happen as of yet.

As for the tomatoes. A clipping will root in water. I expect the pepper may do the same. I use the bird bath out side. That helps keep the humidity in the leaves.

I really don't know what to tell you other than tomatoes need high humidity. If the humidity isn't right to keep the moisture in the leaves, then you are out of luck. Tomatoes also need pollination to help them flower and produce the tomatoes. You could attempt this with a fan.
