  1. Kelp does, but that's the only one i know.


  2. probably none, because of the salt is not a very friendly environment for flowering plants (i'm thinking water-lilies type of flowering plants, not deep-ocean sea weeds...)

  3. Kelp is not a flowering plant.  A flowering plant in the ocean would be something like the following.  Both grow in shallow water near the shore.
