actually all plants contain starch... even if it's leaf or fruit

but i guess you mean like our main sources of starch, like corn, cassava, etc.

rice, wheat, gabi, ube, oat, beans

I'm uncertain, but wouldn't Ube have starch? It is a sort of sweet potato.
