I was wondering if there are any other nice plants that can grow in only water. One example of what I mean is bamboo. It can survive with only water. Are they any other plants similar to this?

  1. Pothos can grow in only water. This is a fleshy (not woody) vining plant with kind of heart-shaped leaves. It will do well in soil. But, you can take a cutting and stick it into a bottle or vase full of water. It then takes root and just keeps on growing.
