We are going to be regrading our backyard to redirect the flow of water away from the house. The plan is to create a ravine, that runs the length of the back of the house, along the side, and connect to a ravine which runs out to the front of out house.

At the corner, we plan to put in a garden that can really take on water. It will have partial sun but no more then 50% of the time.

We were planing on some wild grasses, but would also like to have some flowers (perennials preferred)

Thanks in advance for your help!
