He is older than Ovechkin by 1 year.

He has played 9 seasons in the QMJHL and AHL.

He has 3 goals for both Philadelphia and Tampa.

He was dealt to Tampa  with a draft pick for Vaclav Prospal.

started at 20 but played 9 yrs... so hes 28-29ish but ovechkin is 22, thats a little more than barely older
