I am curious as to what player has the best winning percentage when stepping on the court / field what ever. I would like to limit the sports to Football, Baseball, Hockey and Basketball.

I would have to say Bill Russell. The 11 championship rings are a good proof. After that, Tim Duncan would come second.

If you want to include coaches, John Wooden had a 0.806 winning percentage with UCLA.
