  1. I'm having trouble ranking guys like ..........

Larry Johnson - coming off injury

Willie Parker - injury / Mendenhall

Michael Turner - is he the man in the ATL & can he be the man

    Deuce McAllister - knees

Derek Anderson - i think teams have a book on him now & we won't see last year numbers

Starvin Marvin - has dropped on my list but it's to count him OUT

teams going to platoon RB aren't only changing the face of the NFL but changing how we play / draft fantasy.

  2. The Edge (slowing down)

    Devin Hester (contract)

    Jake Delhomme (inconsistency)

    Marvin Harrison (surgery)

  3. The problem i am having is one i wish i would have every season. Who to pick at 3rd overall Brian Westbrook or Steven Jackson.

  4. I think I am good on my decisions on the league players with the exception of Shaun Alexander.  He still has not signed with anyone.  Even though I definitely don't see his MVP performance coming back to town, he still has value should he sign with someone.

Thumbs up to those who agree.

  5. Uh...to be perfectly honest, all of them.

Good thing is I won't have to draft for more than a month.

Some of the main ones I have right now are:

Westbrook - (contract demands - will Buckhalter and Booker finally let PHI use a RBBC)

AP - (great year end stats but disappeared in some games late in the season, namely FF playoff weeks)

    S. Jackson (is the O Line healthy and who's going to take Bruce's spot)

Addai (how does Rhodes impact his PT)

Barber (is he the new Julius and is Felix the new Barber)

Lynch (Hit and Run is good on the field but........)

    R. Brown (ACL - Ricky B Ricky and QB/WR??)

Oh yeah..........there's this guy named Favre that I'm not sure about too.

  6. Definately Brandon Marshall.

Also Ricky Williams (will he start or not)

Jay Cutler (how well will he does depends on Brandon Marshall and the Broncos need another player WR to step up)

  7. I have a few per position.

    QB: Ben Roethlisberger (consistancy)

    Jay Cutler (many reasons)

    RB: Ronnie Brown (injury)

    Jonathan Stewart (platoon)

    WR: Brandon Marshall (your reasons)

TE: Todd Heap (QB concerns, injury)

  8. My struggles:

Who do I rank higher:  Roy Williams or Calvin Johnson?

Who do I rank higher: Donald Driver, Hines Ward, Marvin Harrison?

Who do I rank higher: Eli Manning or Jake Delhomme?

Who do I rank higher:  Chris Cooley or Dallas Clark?

  9. B.Marshall

    J.Cutler (Because of Marshall)

    R.Brown (is he healthy)

    W.Parker (see r.brown)

B.Edwards (Anderson's season last year was a fluke)

Fitzgerald (w/Boldin possibly holding out will he get doubled)

    R.Bush (will he ever perform)

  10. I feel like I'm living in my own space station.

I'm the only guy to mention this player but, quite honestly, I'm having a h**l of a time ranking him. Now, that either means I'm the dullest knife in the drawer, I'm bent, or both.

I'm puzzled on how to rank Tom Brady (and, depending on that, the rest of the Patriots).

Brady's Average Draft Position on MockDraftCentral.com is sixth as he's become the third QB in the last 10 years to go this high early on.

Is Brady worth it? Here's some of the clues I'm sifting through:

Brady is returning from an injury and isn't throwing yet -- a red flag on any other team but who can trust New England?

AFC defenses reloaded in the offseason, after the Giants won the Super Bowl.

The Patriots camp is silent. There's no bravado, no predictions, no swagger.

Jason Taylor left the AFC East (he has 9.5 sacks on Brady).

Bill Belichick is the devil and wouldn't hesitate to run up a score, hide an injury, or videotape an opponent.

This year, more cameras are on the Patriots than the other way around.

Randy Moss still wants a ring.

Laurence Maroney faces the softest running schedule of any running back this season.

History shows quarterbacks tend to regress after record-breaking seasons (with Favre and Peyton Manning being exceptions). There are exceptions to the rule.

So, would you want to look in the mirror come week 12 and explain to yourself the reason you will miss the playoffs is that you were too scared to pick the league MVP in the first round?

I've read a lot of analysis on this dilemma. While the opinions are slightly more in favor of Brady's performance declining this season, no one is willing to rule out the possibility that Brady will again lead the entire league in fantasy points.

If I have the sixth pick of the draft, can I afford not to take Brady?

  11. How about Devin Hester.   He has contract issues, and his value could multiply infinatley if he can get the number 1 receiver spot in Chicago and post Berrian numbers.   3-5 return TDs and 6-10 receiving TDs, not bad for someone who is usually around past the 10th round if drafted at all.
