  1. I just have a regular Common Pleco. I've asked a question about him and my Peppered Corydoras a few days ago. When i feed my other fish in the tank, they come up to the surface of the tank and just poke their noses and mouths out and they'll eat the flakes or whatever i decide to give them. So if you have a tank with a good filter or even an underground one, it will shake up the water and will make some of the flakes go to the bottom and the Pleco might eat it. =] I've had my pleco and Cory Cat for 2 years and they know where the food comes from so they've learned where it comes from. But that will take some time that's when the filter comes in handy!

  2. buy a stainless steel tank clip so you can feed it prawns, muscles, cucumbers, zuccini, etc.

    go here:

the screwcumber is a prodect that holds down veggies so your bottom-feeding plecos can eat them!

  3. Some plecos are carnivores, some are herbivores. Look up the specific species you have to find out what to feed it.

  4. algae off the tank and algae wafers

  5. They eat NUTRAFIN max Sinking shrimp pellets.
