Dratini evolves into dragonite with lots of Defense and Attack but when abra evolves into alakazam it has good physic moves i reccomend getting both but if you want to get one get dratini

Dratini, for most of the games, I'd say. However, in blue/red/yellow, I'd say abra because it is really useful.

I suggest you catch Dratini. It evolves into Dragonair, then into Dragonite which learns strong physical attacks.

Abra can't evolve into Alakazam unless you've got a friend you can trade it to.

Clefairy is usless, not even remotely cute

Pinsir would be my second choise, powerful and a good move set

and Porygon is only good when its Porygon-Z (which you can on get in Diamond or Pearl)
