What pokemon is better Floatzel or Gastrodon??

Well i just want your opinion on what pokemon is better. Also i have made a personal moveset on what moves the pokemon should have.

So is:

Floatzel - Ice Fang, Surf, Brick Break, Protect.

Gastrodon - Surf, Muddy Water, Earthquake, Substitute.

Which one is better, and is their any moves i can include?

well gastrodon because it may not have good speed but it has very strong attacks and that r very usefull like recover and becasue of that i replace substitute with recover and not floatzel becasue it may look strong but it really isnt the only thing thats goood about is its speed which isnt really usefall at all because speed doesnt matter in pokemon games

i have a question, and this has nothing to do with these 2 pokemon, but in pokemon diamond what would be better? flotzel or sneasel?

i would choose floatzel i think 4x weakness is a too big risk besides floatzel is realy fast and if you give him a strong move he can deal alot of dmg
