What pokemons do I not have to see in order to get to Pal Park?In Diamond/Pearl?

Like which ones do I not have to see to complete the sinnoh dex/pokedex whatever it is :P.

Altogether there is meant to be 151...But they leave out one pokemon..Manaphy.

They didnt put it in as you have to get it from an event or a special mission in Pokemon Ranger.Phinoe isnt in the sinnoh dex at all though,strange :)

Manaphy. There is 151 pokemonn in the Sinnoh dex. You only have to see all 150.
