What pokemons would be equal to Lugia?

Like what pokemon would be an equal trade for a Lugia?

I currently have a :

Dialga

Sceptile

Kyogre

Ninetales

Skarmony

Well, it also depends on the level/stats/nature of the pokemon as well as how good you want the lugia to be.

Hmm, it depends on stats. Since you have Dialga I'm guessing you have diamond. Anyway The ones you have now, Dialga and Sceptile would be a pretty good trade. Kyogre in my opinion is one of the strongest pokemon due to an attack he learns called Water Spout. The stronger your HP the more damage it does and you learn this over lvl 70 so if you use it right away it's an instant kill basiclly. Don't trade Kyogre.
