Intertops has lower deposit, but full tilt is the better poker room- one of the best in the world. But they have 50$ minimal deposit which is not so much.

Poker Stars has minimum $10 deposit for most deposit methods.  The best thing to do would be to deposit with a credit/debit card and take payouts by check.  Stars is the best and fastest when it comes to check payouts.  If your credit/debit card is declined, it is likely that your card has a filter that blocks transactions to poker sites.  The way around this is to buy a Visa All Access brand gift card from the grocery store, drug store, etc.  The brand above does not have the filters on their cards, but other prepaid cards do.
