im not sure about police games but im sure there are a few. if you want running away from the cops and stealing stuff and blowing stuff up GTA4 is the way to go

army games. call of duty any of them theyre all pretty good cod4 is my favorite. medal of honor is always a classic and battlefield bad company is a game i love.

stealth games you probably want splinter cell or metal gear solid4

Army I'd Recommend Gears Of War, Call Of Duty Four Or Medal Of Honour.
