What political party would I be more in line with ?

I don't think that a handful of politicians should be allowed to decide how the Armed Forces are used -

I think that before each and every peace keeping mission we send our troops on that the population should get a vote on that mission proposed by the government - I think only the government should be able to make proposals to the public and then the public should say either yes or no before committing our troops and tax dollars to anything

I am in favor of a Province by Province (State by State) referendum on abortion and capitol punishment as well as other controversial ideas

I am in favor of a publicly elected committee policing the police - with the ability to suspend fire and or punish wrong doing of the public servants we put so much trust in .

I am in favor of public disclosure off all taxes hidden or not hidden on what each tax generated and what it was spent on -

I am in favor of full disclosure of all expenses made by our elected officials - such as credit card expenditure and other uses of the public purse and that these must be by law posted in public forums - and that the government must prove to a judge why it should not be published

I am in favor of politicians being held accountable for promises made - the ability to sue a politician or government over breach of promise is one of the mechanisms I support to hold governments accountable for pre election promises

I am in favor of treating politicians as employee's of the State and not as the leader of the State - which I take to be the heart of the democratic spirit

So which party is for me ?
